During the week we’ll enjoy several dinners, including an excursion into town for a midweek dinner at a wonderful local restaurant. We’ll also have other opportunities to mingle with fellow skiers on the slopes, when we participate in the guided skiing offered each day by the Steamboat Over the Hill Gang. One of North America’s largest ski mountains, Steamboat has six peaks full of groomed cruisers, bumps, steeps, open meadows, and world famous tree skiing. Steamboat’s famous champagne powder snow falls to an average seasonal depth of 340 inches! Today, Steamboat is home to more than 50 Olympic athletes, and Olympic skier Billy Kidd can be found skiing with guests at the resort each afternoon. You won’t want to miss the special ambiance of this classic resort town. |
