Over The Hill Gang, International® (OTHGI) is a worldwide membership organization of skiers and outdoor enthusiasts age 50 years old or older whose motto is “Once you’re over the hill, you pick up speed!” Members enjoy the camaraderie of sharing active sports and adventures—especially downhill skiing.

The group was founded in 1977 by three Colorado ski instructors at Copper Mountain, Colorado and 15 of their friends. By 1991 membership had grown to 2,000 and for the 2003-04 season, members number around 5,500. In 1984, OTHGI offered six ski trips; for the 2004-05 season, a total of 20 trips are planned. Over The Hill Gang, International® is the country’s largest organization for skiers over age 50.

• The average member has been skiing 29 years.
• Members range in age from 50 to 90+.

• Includes men, women, singles and couples—anyone who loves to ski.

• Reduced rates for lift tickets, ski lessons and lodging, equipment rentals, and transportation— 250 offers for 2003--2004.
• Weekly Ski Days at Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Keystone, Loveland, Snowmass, Steamboat, Vail, and Winter Park in Colorado.
• Quality adventure travel year around—18 fully escorted ski trips in the western United States, Canada, and Europe and five outdoor adventure trips that include whitewater rafting, biking, hiking or golf.

Membership starts at $50 per year, less at renewal. Three-year and lifetime memberships are also available.
